Friday morning Jacob and I with his dog Beauregard left Arkansas headed to Portland, Oregon. Jacob has a new job there as an economics professor at Portland State University. The first day we drove from Fort Smith, Arkansas to Laramie, Wyoming. This morning we got up, had breakfast and headed out. We finished our trip for the day in Nampa, Idaho. The drive hasn’t been too bad so far and we should have an easy run, (we hope), into Portland tomorrow.
