We did a lot of driving yesterday so we decided to stay closer to town today. We went to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center which is near the turn off to Portage Glacier. Afterward we went around looking for some good shots of Denali. It is still covered in clouds but maybe I’ll get a good shot before I head back to Galena.
Forgot to ask. Did you see the porcupine there? I didn’t realize they were that big?
Yep, I got a picture of it too. They are pretty big.
